The Bulldozer Broke the House!

Every little girl dreams of her wedding day... and every little boy dreams of a bulldozer coming over and smashing their neighbors house... this week Noah and Kadin experienced every little boys fantasy...

New Mission Systems International is starting a huge capital campaign to build up the Center for Global Operations and send out 400 new missionaries in the next 5 years... check out "How Will They Hear" at www.nmsi.org... yes, this has been a commercial...

Back to the action... as part of the capital campaign many of the current structures are being torn down... according to those who have lived in these houses most would say they should have been torn down in the 70s but its never too late to start fresh... the first house to go down is right next to our house...

So Thursday and Friday we had lunch on the back porch and watched the bulldozer smash the roof in and knock the walls down... it was so cool... even for a 28-year old boy... and just about every other creature with a deep voice and armpit hair on the block... and for those who walked by and showed no interest... Kadin would chase down and scream...

"The bull-do-do-zer broke the house!"

Then he would grab their hand and pull them right up to the edge of the property until they showed sufficient enough attention to such a miraculous event... seriously, life is too short not to stop and watch the bulldozers...

Friday sadly it ended... Noah's first question was... "Can they knock our house down next?"
