First Day of School... and more...

School started 10 days ago... but better late than never...

The boys picked out their first day of school hats on their own... then I realized that Christine had the camera with her while she was chasing the gorillas in Bwindi...
So we raced down to our friend Lena's house on the way to school to get a picture...

The boys are doing great in school which makes the upcoming move a bit unsettling... along with the potential price of $12,000 a year per kid at the school which is closest to us... but God has been moving in some amazing ways to get us the new campus for GBI... so I am trusting that He will do the same to help us find a new house and new school for the boys in the next 3-4 months...

Noah is loving 2nd grade and was so excited to have homework on his first day... ah, a nerd just like his parents! I love this stage he is in of becoming mature and growing up...

Kadin is doing great in Reception class (Kindergarten) and has an imagination large enough for 10 kids combined... maybe he'll be the next JJ Abrams... I still don't understand LOST but Kadin's level of imaginary play seems to be at that level...

Christine is back from chasing gorillas and we all survived... unfortunately she only got to see gorilla poop this time around... hopefully next time she will get to see the gorillas instead!

The weeks ahead look a bit insane... NMSI conference in South Africa... my (Jeff) trips to Minnesota, Texas, Arizona and then meeting up with Christine and the boys in California... then somewhere in there we are going to move GBI and the family...

I'll have to write more about my genius idea to save time... that didn't exactly work out...

I think we are better off just taking one day at a time...
