Everything is Changing... Part 2

There is no doubt that the new house is a gift from God... We need to remember that one week from today when we try to fit everything we own into a house that is less than half the size of our current house...

But in this case size is not biggest change... our Bunga house is the longest either of us has live anywhere in our adult lives... and it is the only home that our boys have any memories of...

5 Christmases, 16 birthdays, hundreds of visitors and countless memories... the only time I remember moving as a child was when I was 6 years old and it is just hitting me that I have a 5.5 year old and a 7 year old... Noah and Kadin will always remember the games we played and the fun we had in this house...

Our new place is great... the boys can walk to Joseline's house, mommy's farm and daddy's office... plus the entire neighborhood is being occupied by GBI staff... our neighbor has a huge farm with cows that Christine and the boys can visit... and we are returning to the "country atmosphere" that we still miss from our days in Mukono...

But as the count down to the move reaches it's final week... I am reminded of all the memories we are leaving behind... Bunga will always be the place where our family settled and first felt at home in Uganda... but we know that God has clearly calling us to a new home filled with memories, laughter, growth and adventure... and Bunga will become a memory... a very good memory for all of us!
